On Thursday afternoon, Mo Claiborn, Michael Brockers and Les Miles meet with the local media to discuss the players future with the program. Both decided to declare early for the NFL, and that is the right move.
The media spend 15 minutes asking the three a wide array of question. When asked about Monday night’s game Claiborne answered “it was not in God’s plan” and when asked about the players not looking as focused Monday, Claiborne responded with “Same team was there that went 13-0, it just wasn’t in the plan. Miles did take questions, but only talked about the potential players eligible for the draft. When asked about the status of Ruben Randle and Russell Shepard, Miles answered “I do not know at this moment, we try to talk to each player about their draft status and the victories and defeats in leaving early.”
