Sports Illustrated rated the loudest stadiums in college football. Topping off the list at number one is LSU’s Tiger Stadium or commonly known as Death Valley, no Clemson they aren’t referring to you, but rather the Death Valley in Baton Rouge. The schools ranked in the top five appear to be in the correct order for the most part. However, I feel everyone from any other major school is going to have an argument for why they should be number one.

Sports Illustrated has the stadiums ranked accordingly:

No. 5: Lane Stadium, Virginia Tech

No. 4: Camp Randall Stadium, Wisconsin

No. 3:  Kyle Field, Texas A&M

No. 2: Autzen Stadium, Oregon

No. 1: Tiger Stadium, LSU

Many other schools were in the mix for the top five, but at the end of the day the list had to consist of no more than five schools. Honorable mention includes: Ohio Stadium at Ohio State, Bryant-Denny Stadium at Alabama, The Swamp at Florida, The Big House in Ann Arbor,  Sanford Stadium at Georgia, and Williams-Brice Stadium at South Carolina. All included schools could make a reasonable case for being in the top five.

If you agree or disagree with rankings, comment below where you think your team’s stadium deserves to be and why it is deserving of that ranking.
