There is no sugarcoating the New York Giants play the first six weeks of the season, but one bright spot has been the play of second-year receiver, Rueben Randle who had his fourth touchdown in the past three games on Monday Night Football vs. the Minnesota Vikings.

Taken with the 63rd pick in the 2012 draft, the former LSU Tiger has finally started to show some more consistency on the field after flashing his talent in his rookie season to only regress and disappear for long stretches of time.
His four touchdowns in the last 2.5 games is one more than the total he produced in his first 20 career games. He has enough talent and potential that the Giants are considering trading Hakeem Nicks before the NFL’s trade deadline or at least let him leave via free agency.

He has 171 yards on nine receptions and three touchdowns entering Monday night’s game vs. the Vikings. He is projected to catch 53 passes for 888 yards and eight touchdowns which is pretty impressive all things considered for the former Bayou Bengal.
If Nicks is traded he could approach his first 1,000-yard season and potentially 10 touchdowns if he continues his recent rate of production.
