This week’s Death Valley Voice podcast takes the first look at LSU vs Alabama, because it’s never too soon to look at the Tiger’s biggest game of the season and a chance to spoil that championship hopes of the Crimson Tide.

Each team is idle this weekend so both teams will come in refreshed mentally and physically, but especially so for LSU who has played nine games before their first off week. Meanwhile, Alabama gets their second bye week after eight games.

What a great luxury that is for Nick Saban to have an extra week to prepare for Texas A&M and now LSU, huh?

Next week’s podcast will go into more depth as it gets closer to kickoff, but this is enough to whet your appetite during the bye week.

The second half of the podcast looks at this week’s SEC slate of games including Georgia and Florida in the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party and if the Missouri Tigers blew their shot at winning the SEC east.

Lastly, predictions are made in the biggest games around the country outside the SEC including the game of the week between the Florida State Seminoles and the Miami Hurricanes.
