Lee Corso Picks Alabama Over LSU on College Gameday

College GameDay has covered the LSU-Alabama Rivalry for each of the past two seasons. Both games to date have been absolute thrillers and in both instances Lee Corso has correctly picked the winner, but can he make it three straight?

First off,  Kirk Herbstreit claimed that it is going to be a shootout. He has confidence that Zach Mettenberger will move the ball successfully, but he does not thing think a young LSU defense can stop AJ McCarron. His final prediction was that plenty of points will be scored by both sides but in the end the Crimson Tide will come out on top.

All eyes turned to the always exciting Lee Corso as he made head gear pick. He immediately turned on the song Sweet Home Alabama and the home crowd went nuts, but then he cut the music and started to talk about the LSU squad and the history between the two teams. He told everyone to remember Alabama lost the last time they were here. After a dramatic pause, he  yelled, “Forget about it! Start the music!” As the song came back on Corso pulled out his Elephant head gear announcing his Alabama pick.

Alabama is only 1-6 when College GameDay has come to Tuscaloosa. The Crimson Tide comes into the game big favorites, but the Tigers will hyped up for the big rivalry game.
