LSU Tigers vs. Texas A&M Aggies Preview (Podcast)

There was no Death Valley Voice Podcast last week as I battled through a flu bug, so I tried to make good for it this week with some hot takes and break down the upcoming LSU game vs. the 8-2 Texas A&M Aggies and reigning Heisman trophy winner Johnny Manziel.

I’m joined this week by FanSided college football editor, Jack Jorgensen and we revisit the game between the Tigers and Aggies in College Station in which the Tigers left Kyle Field with a 24-19 and completely shutdown Manziel. The eventual Heisman winner had five turnovers and was kept out of the end zone for the only time in his career, but Jack and I wonder if LSU has the personnel necessary to carry out that same blue print this time around.

I give you my prediction and final score and even mentioned who I think is going to be the player of the game.

The second half of the podcast took quick looks at some of the top games around the country including a game that will have SEC Championship implications with the Missouri Tigers traveling to take one the Ole Miss Rebels. Then we looked at the game between Arizona State at UCLA, Wisconsin at Minnesota and a big, Big 12 game in Stillwater, Ok. with Baylor taking on Oklahoma State in a battle of two top-10 teams.

Finally, we touched on the latest news involving the Jameis Winston investigation and if it will have an impact on the Heisman trophy.
