10.) The newly expanded Tiger Stadium is going to be louder than ever once SEC play begins. Sitting in the stadium, the new south end zone upper deck feels like it’s sitting on top of you. The new video boards and other graphics up the production quality to near-NFL quality. One can only imagine what Death Valley is going to be like when Alabama rolls into Baton Rouge later this year.
There were still some hiccups with the audio and the lower third, which shows the score and other things, on all three video boards was not functioning for the majority of the game. Still, LSU has done a great job in improving Death Valley. Be sure to check out LSU’s new hype video that plays before the game in stadium as well, because it’s amazing.
