LSU baseball is ranked No. 1 in the country, and nobody should be surprised. Every single year it seems like the Tigers find themselves at the top of the polls.

This LSU baseball team has something special, however. The same can be said about many LSU teams in recent years, who have dominated during the regular season and flopped during the postseason, but this team is different.

They are hungry, and have a lethal combination of young talent and savvy veterans that can lead the LSU Tigers to the promised land.
