After LSU Football won big at home this weekend, the good news keeps on coming! Tigers add 4-star offensive lineman.

LSU Football just keeps the good times rolling. After destroying the Rebels this weekend, the Tigers won again on Sunday. Ray Parker, a highly rated offensive tackle, announced that he will be committing the Tigers. At 6’5″, 275 pounds, Parker will be an incredible addition to the Class of 2019. Currently, he is ranked 101st overall by 247Sports.

Coach Ed Orgeron has made it clear that he wants to revamp and solidify the offensive line play, as Parker is the 3rd 4-star lineman to join the class and the 4th overall to commit.

In an interview with 247Sports, here is what Parker had to say about LSU and his decision:

"“I just love the environment. Plus it’s in Louisiana, it’s a couple hours from home and my family can travel and see me. Plus it’s a great university and team. Great people around there, great people that have been through there, great people that are still coming through that will help me out when I need a lending hand. It’s a great place to be.”"

He went on to compliment the coaching staff, which may have ultimately helped him decide on the Tigers:

"“I love the people. I love how the coaches make corrections and everything. I just like how they’re hands-on with their players and everything. Most definitely is a good place to be.”"

The addition shows that Coach O is not looking to stop the success at this season, but looks to bring it in to the seasons to come. The class is shaping up to be quite a good one, as the Tigers have now moved into 8th overall class for 2019. It will be interesting to see how the talent continues to develop for the Tigers and what Coach O looks for in players that he recruits.
