1. Nick Saban — Alabama

Nick Saban is the king until he’s not coaching anymore. There’s simply no one better.

2019 was a massive down year for Alabama — even though they went 11-2, which would be a dream season for a lot of schools.

But at Alabama, it’s national championship or bust.

In 13 years at Alabama, Saban has lost only 23 games.

And 25 percent of those losses came in his first season (2007).

Six national championships (including one at LSU in 2003). Eight SEC championships. 12 SEC West division titles.

That’s ridiculous, even by SEC standards.

Kirby Smart and Ed Orgeron might be behind Saban on this list, but they have a long way to go to catch up to possibly the greatest college football coach of all time.
