LSU Football: Power ranking the most stacked SEC head coaching lineup ever
By Zach Ragan
7. Mike Leach — Mississippi State
I’m so happy that Mike Leach is in the SEC now.
The entertainment he is going to provide in 2020 and beyond is going to be priceless.
But beyond the wild diatribes that Leach tends to go on, he’s also a good head coach.
Leach always has a dynamic offense (and it’s all about the offense right now in college football). And his teams regularly win around nine games.
Now, will he be able to routinely win nine games at Mississippi State?
Probably not.
But I can definitely envision Leach springing some upsets here and there over programs like Auburn and Texas A&M (and maybe even Alabama).
I don’t know how Leach will ultimately work out in the SEC, but I know it’s going to be a fun ride.
