Eric Taylor — DT — 4-star

Baton Rouge’s Jaquelin Roy is the highest rated defensive tackle that LSU signed in 2020.

But Eric Taylor, an Alabama native, is going to be a good one, too.

Having plenty of defensive linemen is going to be important for the Tigers with their move to a 4-3 defense under Bo Pelini. I expect Taylor to become a key cog in LSU’s defensive front over the next several years.

Taylor, a player that LSU was able to steal out of Alabama from the Crimson Tide, is a big body who could develop into a dominant run stuffer for the Tigers.

Roy might get the attention, but Taylor is going to start a lot of games for LSU.
