LSU football is one of several top programs that’s offered 2021 four-star wide receiver Agiye Hall.

LSU football, along with numerous other top programs, is one of the programs that’s a factor for 2021 four-star wide receiver Agiye Hall.

Hall, 6-foot-3/190 lbs, is rated in 247Sports’ composite rankings as the No. 11 player in the state of Florida and the No. 10 wide receiver in the nation.

247Sports national writer Charles Power describes Hall as a player who “has the physical ability to run past corners and separate downfield with his long speed”. Power also noted that Hall “has the athletic ability to make acrobatic catches and pull away from defenders after the catch”.

It’s easy to see why programs like Alabama, Clemson, Georgia and LSU are interested in the dynamic wide receiver.

But for now, it appears that no one has any clue where Hall will end up.

Rivals recruiting analyst Rob Cassidy recently suggested that Hall will have the “craziest recruitment ahead”.

Here’s what Cassidy said about Hall’s recruitment and eventual decision:

"Wide receiver Agiye Hall’s top five changes every other week, and the four-star prospect is about to head to his fourth high school in three years. This makes him seem like a pretty safe bet. A long list of colleges have already come in and out of the picture for a number of different reasons, and that could continue until signing day. There’s no telling where Hall will land when pen meets paper."

Last fall, Hall trimmed his list to seven schools. He told Rivals, at the time, that it was a “final seven”. The list included Alabama, Arizona State, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Oklahoma and Texas.

When discussing his top schools, Hall forgot to even mention LSU. According to Rivals, Hall had to be reminded that LSU was in his top seven.

But when Hall released a top four last month, the Tigers (along with Arizona State, Alabama and Georgia) made the cut.

Rivals recruiting analyst Mike Farrell noted that Hall might not be a take for LSU, but quickly added “he’s so talented that LSU or Alabama could go back in on him”.

This is certainly setting up to be a wild recruitment. Perhaps LSU is hanging back a bit to see how things unfold with some of their other top 2021 wide receiver targets before they decide if they want to make a serious push for Hall.
