LSU football quarterback Joe Burrow has no times for losses.

The Cincinnati Bengals are 1-5-1 after seven games this season, despite strong play from quarterback Joe Burrow.

The former LSU football standout had an extremely impressive game on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, throwing for 407 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. Burrow also rushed for 34 yards and a touchdown.

There’s no doubt that Burrow did enough for the Bengals to win (Cincinnati scored 34 points). The defense, however, couldn’t stop Baker Mayfield and the Browns were able to grind out a hard-fought win.

Even though the Bengals lost, Burrow should still be proud of his performance. You don’t see many rookie quarterbacks leading that kind of offensive attack.

Of course, anyone who knows Burrow knows that wasn’t the case after the game on Sunday.

A game like that is proof that a young quarterback belongs in the NFL. Combine that with the fact that no one expected Cincinnati to compete for a playoff spot this year, and it would be easy to understand if Burrow was feeling pretty good after the loss.
