Joe Burrow is going to make a Pittsburgh Steelers player look foolish

Former LSU football quarterback Joe Burrow is going to make a Pittsburgh Steelers player look silly.
Former LSU football quarterback Joe Burrow is off to a great start in the NFL.
Burrow, who was selected with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals, has passed for 2,485 yards and 12 touchdowns in his first nine games as a pro.
That puts him on pace to pass for over 4,400 yards this season.
Not bad for a kid that was relatively unknown a little over a year ago.
Burrow’s strong play on the field, however, hasn’t translated to wins for the Bengals.
Cincinnati is sitting at the bottom of the AFC North with a 2-6-1 record. They’re the only team in the division with a losing record.
Steelers defensive back takes a shot at Joe Burrow
The Bengals’ latest loss came this past Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
After the game, Steelers defensive back Steven Nelson used the Instagram comment section to throw some shade at Burrow.
Nelson commented on an Instagram post from teammate Bud Depree and stated “that boy trash” (which was obviously directed at Burrow).
This is an incredibly foolish move by Nelson, a player who has never reached a Pro-Bowl during his five-year career.
Burrow didn’t play very well in the loss to the Steelers, but it’s obvious from his play so far this season that the former LSU standout is on his way to being a star player in the NFL.
Burrow is going to be a force in the AFC North for years to come. He’s already proving that he can be the face of a franchise. And he’s only going to get better from here.
Sunday won’t be the last time that Nelson faces off against Burrow. I have a feeling the veteran defensive back is going to regret his comments.
