LSU Football: Power ranking the QBs on the Tigers’ roster
By Zach Ragan
2. Myles Brennan — Redshirt Senior
This could really be a 1a and 1b. And to be honest, I feel kind of silly not ranking Brennan No. 1.
It’s just a gut feeling I have.
Brennan played well to start the 2020 season before an abdomen injury robbed him of the final seven games of the season.
In Brennan’s absence, we saw what some of the other quarterbacks on the roster are capable of doing in the SEC.
Ultimately, Brennan’s placement on this list isn’t so much about his skills, but instead, it’s about the upside of the other quarterback options.
I like Brennan a lot. I think he could help the Tigers rebound in a big way in 2021. And he’s a player that I could picture leading LSU to an SEC West division title.
I just don’t think he’s the best option that Ed Orgeron has on the roster.
