LSU injury report vs Central Michigan week 3

LSU was without several key offensive linemen last week against McNeese State, but fortunately for the Tigers, several of those players are expected to return against Central Michigan.

Head coach Ed Orgeron said this week that right tackle Austin Deculus will be back against Central Michigan. Right guard Chasen Hines is expected to also return, while offensive lineman Cam Wire is still out.

On the defensive side of the ball, defensive linemen Glenn Logan and Ali Gaye have been ruled out.

LSU will be without a couple of players due to academics as well. Wide receiver Jontre Kirklin is still out, and running back John Emery is expected to miss the rest of the season due to an academic issue.

LSU vs UCLA odds and betting pick week 1

The latest odds from WynnBET have LSU as a -19.5 favorite (-110). Central Michigan at +19.5 is -110.

LSU is -1125 on the money line, while Central Michigan is +730. The over/under for the game is 61 (-110).

If you want to take a swing at winning some real money, Central Michigan at +730 could be a big payday. I think LSU wins this game, but Central Michigan, which is led by former Florida Gators head coach Jim McElwain, is far from a pushover. It wouldn’t be “shocking” if Central Michigan pulled off an upset today.

As for the spread, I’d go with Central Michigan at +19.5. LSU’s offense has yet to find its groove this season, so I doubt they cover. I’m also taking the under in this game.
