There’s no chance Joe Burrow cares about Micah Parsons’ comments
By Zach Ragan
Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons took a shot at Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow this past week.
Parsons ranked his top six quarterbacks in the NFL and he left Burrow off his list.
The rookie linebacker from Penn State listed Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Aaron Rodgers, Kyler Murray, Lamar Jackson, and Dak Prescott as his top six quarterbacks in the NFL.
When asked about Burrow, Parsons said ”Some games, he would have a day. Some games, he’s not there”.
Joe Burrow shouldn’t care at all about Micah Parsons’ comments
There are a lot of folks on social media — Bengals fans and LSU football fans — who took issue with Parsons’ comments.
And I understand it — Burrow is obviously one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL. Burrow has taken a team that was 2-14 just two years ago to the Super Bowl. That is absolutely insane.
But do we really think that Burrow is paying one bit of attention to Parsons and what he’s saying?
If Burrow is, then Cincinnati has already lost the Super Bowl. He has many more important things to worry about.
I think we know the answer here — there’s no way Burrow is paying attention to Parsons or anyone else. He’s only focused on winning a championship.
Parsons can think what he wants — he’s sitting at home watching Burrow play for the Lombardi Trophy, something Dallas QB Dak Prescott has never done.
Haters gonna hate, right?
Burrow has his team ready to leave Los Angeles with a Super Bowl win. That’s all he’s focused on right now.
