Jayden Daniels passing touchdowns: 2

Quinn Ewers is the best quarterback that Alabama has faced this season, and he’s the only quarterback to throw for more than two passing touchdowns. Ewers threw three scores in Alabama’s only loss of the year.

The Crimson Tide are only allowing 1.8 offensive touchdowns per game which is 11th in the country. Since allowing 34 points to Texas, they have not allowed more than 21 points over their last six games.

I expect Jayden Daniels to be forced to run a lot in this matchup, so there just won’t be very many touchdowns to go around. I expect Daniels to add two more passing touchdowns to his total of 25 on the year.

Jayden Daniels rushing touchdowns: 2

Last year, Jayden Daniels ran for one score against Alabama. He’s likely to do it again this time around. Daniels has five rushing touchdowns this season on 91 carries. A lot of those carries are not designed runs and Daniels will be scrambling this week too.

Daniels has 17 scrambles when pressured this season and 33 overall. He ranks 13th in the country in scrambles when pressured and 5th with his 33 total scrambles. Well, he’ll definitely need to use his legs because Alabama averages 3.6 sacks per game which ranks seventh in the country.

I expect Daniels to get two rushing touchdowns to go along with his two passing TDs.
