The LSU Basketball Team returns to action on Wednesday Night traveling to Athens, Georgia facing off against the Georgia Bulldogs. The Tigers are just 1-7 in SEC Play and are in the midst of a four game losing streak which is the longest of the season. LSU desperately needs to win this game as they look to keep their NCAA Tournament hopes alive. If LSU is going to get off of the mat and leave Athens with a win, the Tigers will need three players to deliver solid performances.

Vyctorius Miller - Guard

After returning from injury, Vyctorius Miller is getting back into averaging nearly 20 minutes of playing time per game. Against Texas, Miller started to show flashes of the potential he showed in Non-Conference play scoring 9 points on 2 of 5 shooting as he was effective in getting to the free throw line. The Tigers lack the top level scorers that most of the SEC has in bunches so if the Tigers are going to have any chance in most games it starts with getting a good offensive showing out of Miller.

The Tigers could use Miller's ability to shoot the three the most as the Tigers have been abysmal form three point range this season. If Vyctorius Miller could shoot his average 33.33% from three while giving the Tigers effective scoring at the rim, LSU will have a great chance at winning this game.

Daimion Collins - Forward

The Tigers haven't been the same since losing Center Jalen Reed to a torn ACL as he was the Tigers biggest presence on the inside. The LSU Basketball team still has Daimion Collins and if the season is going to start to turn, it starts with Daimion Collins getting more involved in the offense. Collins is shooting 61.6% from the field but, he's not shooting enough each game. The Tigers should look to dump the ball inside to Collins and allow him to work which will take some pressure off of Cam Carter and Jordan Sears.

Corey Chest - Forward

If the LSU Basketball team is going to win any game, they need to win the battle on the glass as the team hasn't shot well this season while turnovers have made the offensive struggles worse. Corey Chest single handedly kept LSU in the game against Alabama as he dominated the offensive glass giving the Tigers offense second and third looks. Chest is also the player shooting the best from the field at 63% and if he can get going inside it'll only help the offense.
