This week, LSU's Will Campbell got named a First Team All American for the fourth time this offseason by the Associated Press, Walter Camp, Football Writers Association of America Team, and the American Football Coaches Association. Being named a first team All-American by all four selectors officially makes Will Campbell a Consensus All-American, one of the most impressive honors a College Football Player can receive.
Will Campbell becomes the 41st player in LSU History to receive Unanimous All-American Honors. Campbell is the first Consensus All American offensive linemen in LSU history to complete the feat since Ben Wilkerson in 2004 while Alan Faneca, Nacho Albergamo, Roy Winston, and Sid Fournet all accomplished the feat.
As Will Campbell prepares for the NFL Draft, he's instantly in the conversation as LSU's best offensive lineman of All Time. According to Pro Football Focus, Campbell has played 2,548 snaps allowing just three sacks, 12 quarterback hits, and 30 Quarterback hurries.
Campbell's Career Accomplishments:
- Freshman All SEC Offensive Tackle
- 2 Time First Team All SEC Offensive Tackle (2023 & 2024)
- Second Team All SEC Offensive Tackle (2022)
- Jennings Blocking Trophy
- Consensus All-American (2024)

The next achievement that Will Campbell can add that no one at LSU has done before is becoming the first offensive tackle in school history to be taken in the first round.
There are several debatable candidates that have come before Campbell but, It's impossible to ever come to a conclusive answer. The dominance Campbell has shown in his career is incredible as he came in as a True Freshman and looked the part from game one and finished his career playing one of the toughest positions in the toughest Conference in America allowing just 3 sacks over 3 seasons.
The Tigers will try to find a replacement for Will Campbell via the Transfer Portal or on the roster but, you'll never be able to truly replace Will Campbell.
