After Shedeur Sanders' case, LSU fans should sue Jalen Milroe for emotional distress

On Tuesday, one of the most frivolous lawsuits you may ever see was filed as one Colorado fan filed suit against the NFL seeking $100 Million in damages for the "emotional distress" he claimed to have suffered watching Shedeur Sanders slide down the NFL Draft board. The fan is also seeking an apology and a more fair draft process, demands the NFL will likely laugh at.

While the lawsuit is hilarious and will likely be laughed out of court if it even makes it to court, it started to turn our gears. After reading the court filing a though popped into our minds wondering who LSU fans could sue for the emotional distress caused to the Tigers Faithful.

The statute of limitations to sue Les Miles over the emotional rollercoasters he'd send LSU fans on during the end of games has expired which means the Tigers fans will have to look elsewhere. Nick Saban winning a National Championship at LSU saves him from our fake lawsuit for leaving LSU for the NFL just to return with Alabama going 13-5 against LSU including beating LSU in the 2011 National Championship Game.

The National Championship Nick Saban won at LSU doesn't keep his Alabama players safe and since he's the most recent LSU enemy, the Tigers fans should sue Jalen Milroe for emotional distress. During the past two seasons, the entire Alabama fanbase could be calling for Jalen Milroe to be benched and it wouldn't matter as soon as he took the field against LSU he turned into a combination of Michael Vick, Lamar Jackson, Johnny Manziel, and any other great quarterback that could run the football.

If NFL Draft slides are worthy of a case, let’s talk November's against Alabama

Milroe was helped significantly in 2023 by the fact that Matt House would get out schemed by High School coaches and the fact that LSU's 2023 defense didn't want to cover or tackle anyone. Milroe just so happened to have his best game of the season against LSU going 15-23 passing for 219 yards while rushing for 155 yards and 4 touchdowns somehow not turning the ball over.

Fast Forward to 2024, and LSU fans felt better about the matchup as Blake Baker's defense was much better and the Tigers were more sound tackling the football. The Tigers held Jalen Milroe to just 109 yards passing a clear improvement yet, Milroe somehow got scarier running the football picking up 185 yards rushing and 4 touchdowns.

It didn't matter if Milroe was having a good stretch or a bad stretch, on the road or at home, or in good weather or rain like 2024 he somehow always saved his best game for against LSU. It only made it worse that LSU fans would watch Jalen Milroe lose to Vanderbilt and struggle for better parts of the season as he'd somehow make LSU look like they were a bad JV High School Football team.

While this case would get laughed out of the courtroom just like the Shedeur Sanders lawsuit, it at least is a plan or a strategy, something Matt House never had while at LSU.
