One week after No. 1 WR Tristen Keys flipped his commitment from LSU to Tennessee, Brian Kelly has suffered another recruiting loss. This time, it comes on the offensive line.

Four-star OT Emanuel Tucker has flipped his commitment from LSU to Ole Miss. It's the second time that the 6-foot-6, 295-pound lineman has changed his commitment. Tucker previously committed to Mississippi State, but decommitted earlier this summer on June 2. He committed to Brian Kelly and the Tigers 10 days later, but will now head to Oxford to join Lane Kiffin's squad.

According to Rivals, Tucker is the No. 206 overall prospect in the 2026 class, as well as the No. 19 offensive tackle.

Just a few weeks ago, Tucker appeared firmly committed to the Tigers. Before taking a visit to Oxford in Week 1, Tucker told Rivals' Steve Wiltfong that the visit was "nothing at all," and that he remained steadfast in his commitment to LSU. Tucker added that "LSU is my school and that’s final. I will just be attending this game with my uncle and dad just so they can get a college experience before the big show in Death Valley.”

Kiffin and his staff must have pulled out all the stops for Tucker, who decided on Ole Miss just a few days later. The change from LSU to Ole Miss keeps Tucker close to home. He hails from New Albany, MS, which is about 35 miles from the Ole Miss campus.

According to 247, LSU has the 11th-ranked recruiting class for 2026. On the offensive line, LSU has commits from four-star Brysten Martinez, three-star Bryson Cooley, and three-star Jalen Chapman. LSU also missed on out five-star OL recruit Darius Gray, who committed to Shane Beamer and the South Carolina Gamecocks in August.
