The LSU Football team is just kicking off their game against the Florida Gators which is an absolute must win for the Tigers. The past few weeks the Tigers have gotten gashed by the opposing offenses and this is a game where the Tigers must make a stand. If you're watching the LSU Defense to start the game and you don't see a few key faces we now know why.

LSU Radio reports that Bradyn Swinson and Sage Ryan will sit the entire first quarter for reasons we don't know yet. It's also worth noting that Da'Shawn Womack did not travel with the team for the game but, was listed as out on the injury report.

Missing Bradyn Swinson for the first quarter is a massive issue for LSU as they'll also be without edge rusher Da'Shawn Womack. Swinson has been LSU's best defensive player this season by a wide margin with 25 solo tackles, 8 sacks, and a pair of forced fumbles on the year.

Sage Ryan has been a vital piece of LSU's secondary spending time at safety and cornerback for LSU. Ryan being out is important as he wears the green dot for LSU's defense so Major Burns will be in charge for LSU while Ryan is sidelined.

In the absence of Swinson, Gabe Reliford will start in his place marking the first start for the true freshman. Linebacker Dahvon keys will start at star for LSU bumping Major Burns back to safety to fill Sage Ryan's role.
