The LSU Men's Basketball team entered Tuesday Night practically in a must win scenario as they took on the Arkansas Razorbacks who also entered the game 0-3 in SEC Play. The first half was another back and forth half for the LSU Basketball team as Arkansas took a 36 - 34 lead into the break.

The difference for LSU was that the disastrous second half didn't take place in this game compared to the three games we've seen before. Instead the Tigers were the team that applied the pressure and it led to Arkansas turning the ball over 12 times with LSU scoring 15 points off of turnovers.

The difference in this game was the 14-0 run the LSU Tigers were able to go on in the 2nd half which was set up by solid defense. The Tigers forced five turnovers over the four minute stretch which allowed LSU to get points easier on the other end of the court as the transition offense was clicking.

Cam Carter was brilliant down the stretch and he gave the Tigers his best performance of the season scoring 27 points on 7 of 15 shooting knocking down 3 of 6 three point attempts and making all 10 of his free throw attempts.

Matt McMahon changed up his starting lineup deploying Jordan Sears off of the bench and it worked as Sears scored 17 points while turning the ball over just once while LSU's bigs were solid defensively in the paint.

Corey Chest and Daimion Collins threw a block party combining for 7 blocks a few of which were highlight reel worthy and the defensive effort led to the team finishing the night with 11 blocked shots a total team buy in.

The Tigers now have some momentum going for them as they're set to take on 11th ranked Texas A&M this weekend.
