The recruiting dead period has come to a close and elite recruits across the Country will be returning to Colleges across the Country this Weekend. The LSU Football team will have a busy Spring as several of the top players in both the 2026 and 2027 classes have set visits to Baton Rouge. The Tigers will be looking to build momentum heading into the Summer as they look to get return visits for recruits official visits.
Among the elite players on campus this offseason, the Tigers will host Elite 2027 Quarterback recruit Peyton Houston as he'll visit LSU on March 14th.

Peyton Houston is one of the top recruits in the 2027 recruiting class ranked by Rivals as the 8th ranked player in the class, the 2nd ranked quarterback in the class, and the 2nd ranked player out of Louisiana. The State is loaded with elite quarterbacks for LSU to pick from in 2027, with the Nation's best quarterback Elijah Haven, Four-Star Malachi Ziegler, and Peyton Houston.
As of late, Peyton Houston has picked up a ton of buzz as he dominates 7 on 7 tournaments and quarterback showcases, giving LSU fans a glimpse into what the future may look like as he plays alongside LSU Commit Kenny Darby.

The Tigers remain in the hunt for their long term plan at quarterback after missing out on a quarterback recruit in the 2025 cycle. The Tigers have been pushing to flip several quarterbacks in the 2026 recruiting class but, haven't had any luck to this point as most of the quarterbacks are locked in with their respective schools. As LSU continues to search for a future plan at Quarterback, Peyton Houston and Elijah Haven will be the names to keep an eye on as LSU could pluck its future signal caller out of its backyard.
