After his time in Tampa Bay came to a close, former LSU star Devin White has been on the move several times. White first landed in Philadelphia signing with the Eagles on a one year deal worth $7.5 Million but, he never appeared in a game for the team. After being released by the Eagles, Devin White signed with the Houston Texans where he appeared in 7 games and showed that he can still play at a high level.

Hopefully, Devin White didn't get too comfortable in Houston as he's on the move again this time heading West to Las Vegas signing a one-year contract with the Las Vegas Raiders.

The deal reunites Devin White with former Super Bowl teammate Tom Brady who is a minority owner of the Raiders. Devin White now joins the Pete Carroll led Raiders in Patrick Graham's defense which is an incredible landing spot for Devin White.

In Free Agency, the Las Vegas Raiders lost both of their starting linebackers as Robert Spillane signed with the New England Patriots while Divine Deablo signed with the Atlanta Falcons. The Raiders signed veteran linebacker Elandon Roberts but, Devin White now becomes the clear man in the middle on what should be a very young defense.

The role that Devin White will fill is very clear as he'll likely become what Bobby Wagner was for the Seahawks during Carroll's final seasons with the Seattle Seahawks. Devin White becomes the reliable veteran in the middle of the defense that can make sure everyone's set while providing upside as a player. While White has had some up and down seasons as of late, he can still be a solid run defender in the middle and if given the chance to stick in the defense he could finally return to the level he was at in Tampa.
