LSU basketball has essentially hit the halfway point of their season, which is crazy as SEC play has just begun. At this point, where does LSU's March Madness resume stand? What are their best wins and worst losses, and what's coming up on their schedule that can boost the Tigers' resume even more?

The start to SEC Play has put a damper on the LSU Tigers NCAA Tournament hopes as LSU is off to an 0-3 start losing two games in blowouts. Given the strength of the SEC, all it takes is winning a few games for the Tigers to take a massive jump in the rankings finding itself in the NCAA Tournament. At the halfway point of the season here is LSU's Resume.

Note that the rankings will change as teams continue to play games either moving up or down in KenPom, the NET, and in other key metrics.

The Verdict: LSU is out but, not dead yet

As things currently stand LSU would miss the NCAA Tournament if the season were to end Today. The Tigers however are very much still alive in the NCAA Tournament race if the Tigers are able to turn their play around in SEC Play. The Tigers still have 10 Quad One Games and Two Quad Two games remaining which will give LSU countless attempts to bolster their resume before the SEC Tournament and Selection Sunday.
