On Sunday Afternoon, the LSU Women's Basketball team will face off against the Texas Longhorns in one of the biggest games in Women's College Basketball this season. The Lady Tigers enter the game 25-1 and 10-1 in SEC Play which has LSU ranked 5th while the Texas Longhorns are 25-1 and 11-1 in SEC Play ranking 3rd in the Country. After Texas beat South Carolina, the Lady Tigers, Gamecocks, and Longhorns are all tied atop the SEC with one loss so this game will shape both the race for the SEC Crown and the NCAA Tournament picture.

LSU is led by its incredible trio of Flau'Jae Johnson, Aneesah Morrow, and Mikaylah Williams who combine for 54.8 of LSU's 87.4 points per game. There is a bit of concern on the LSU side as Flau'Jae Johnson is listed as questionable on the SEC Availability report. Izzy Besselman also remains out for the LSU Tigers.

The Longhorns are led by Madison Booker who is one of the best players in the Country scoring 16.6 points per game while shooting 44.4% from three point range. The Longhorns don't have a single rebounder that dominates the boards like Aneesah Morrow but, their entire team attacks the glass which makes them a difficult opponent.
