On Friday Night, the LSU Lady Tigers punched their ticket to their third straight Elite Eight with a thrilling victory over the NC State Wolfpack. Following LSU's massive win, the top seeded UCLA Bruins handled business, beating Ole Miss to set up a massive matchup between the region's top seed and third seed with a trip to the Final Four on the line.

The LSU Lady Tigers have gotten to the Elite Eight behind a stellar stretch by Aneesah Morrow, Sa'Myah Smith, and Mikaylah Williams. Aneesah Morrow continues to prove she's one of the best players in College Basketball after her 30 points and 19 rebounds showing on Friday Night. Sa'Myah Smith has become an X-Factor for LSU as her recent scoring surge has helped free up Aneesah Morrow.

The UCLA Bruins are the Nation's top ranked team in the NCAA Tournament with a 33-2 record on the season. The Bruins have been led by one of the biggest stars in the sport Lauren Betts who scored 31 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while making 15 of 16 shots. Alongside Lauren Betts, UCLA has a solid scoring guard in Kiki Rice but, for the most part UCLA is driven by Betts and the rest of the team just falls in line on any given night.
