With the Patriots leading 21-16 early in the 4th quarter, New England was in need of a big-time play. Mike Vrabel's squad was in firm control for most of the contest, but Houston was still hanging around despite turning the ball over 5 times.
Looking to put the game on ice, Boutte delivered in a massive way. With shades of Odell Beckham Jr, Boutte's 32-yard touchdown catch from Maye sealed the deal for the Patriots, putting them up 28-16. It was Boutte's 7th touchdown catch of the season.
