Every year when the SEC releases its All-SEC teams, or the All American teams are released everyone feels that someone got snubbed. This year there shouldn't even be a debate as to who was wronged the most as Kyren Lacy was kept off of all three All-SEC teams which is insane.

On the First Team, the SEC named Alabama's Ryan Williams and Missouri's Luther Burden III the two first team All-SEC Wide Receivers. The SEC got this one wrong as Kyren Lacy ranks ahead of both players in yards and touchdowns with 3 less receptions than Luther Burden III.

On the Second Team, the SEC chose Arkansas' Andrew Armstrong and Auburn's KeAndre Lambert-Smith. Its hard to take issue with either selection except for the fact that they should be on the first team except the SEC put Williams and Burden who are bigger household names on the first team.

It's hard to argue with the Third Team selections either in Ole Miss' Tre Harris who had an incredible season and Mississippi State's Kevin Coleman Jr. The argument for Lacy over Coleman would be that Coleman got 16 more receptions yet, he only recorded 66 more yards while trailing Lacy by 3 touchdowns.

The SEC Named six wide receivers to its All-SEC teams which is where the problem lies in leaving Kyren Lacy completely off of the list. If the top six wide receivers in the SEC are named to the list then how do you leave off the wide receiver that finished 5th in receptions, 5th in yards, and led the conference in touchdowns?

Luther Burden and Ryan Williams are both incredible talents that'll both end up likely being selected higher than Kyren Lacy in their respective drafts. However, leaving Lacy off the list while Williams and Burden who finished behind Lacy in each stat are on the first team is a clear case of picking the most well known players.
