While the NFL's Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Year Award is most likely going to Jayden Daniels, the system cuts the Rookie of the Year Award down to six finalists. Not only is Jayden Daniels one of the finalists for the Rookie of the Year but, Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr have both been named two of the finalists along with him.

The Pepsi Zero Sugar of the Year Award is one of several Rookie of the Year Awards but, to see LSU with three of the six nominees is incredible.

Jayden Daniels is the clear frontrunner for the Rooke of the Year Award after his incredible season, especially as the voting for the Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Year Award hasn't been closed yet after Daniels' Wild Card win. This season, Jayden Daniels passed for 3,568 yards, 25 touchdowns, and 9 interceptions while rushing for 891 yards and 6 touchdowns.

Brian Thomas Jr had arguably the best Rookie season for a Non-Quarterback finishing third in the NFL in receiving yards. Thomas caught 87 passes for 1,282 yards and 10 touchdowns leading Rookie Receivers. Brian Thomas Jr posted an incredible Rookie Season while playing a massive chunk of his season with a backup Quarterback.

Malik Nabers missed time with an injury, and he still went above 1,000 yards posting a top-ten receiving season. Nabers finished the year with 109 catches for 1,204 yards and 7 touchdowns all while playing with four different quarterbacks after the Giants cut Daniel Jones and the backup quarterbacks dealt with injuries.

Voting for Rookie of the Year ends on Jan. 31, 2025, and the 2024 Pepsi Zero Sugar NFL Rookie of the Year will be recognized during Super Bowl Week in New Orleans which would only make it poetic if one of the LSU Tigers won the Award.
