LSU is set for one of the biggest recruiting weekend's of the year as Brian Kelly told Pat McAfee he will host 300 recruits and their families for the game. This includes current commitments, recruiting targets, and flip targets. The Tigers have an incredible opportunity this weekend to build incredible momentum with several recruits.

The area it has been shocking to see LSU struggle to land top commitments is at wide receiver which is troubling and surprising as LSU has produced some of the leagues best wide receivers over the past few years. At one point in time LSU had a five star commitment at Wide Receiver in Dakorien Moore.

Moore ended up decommitting from LSU and reopened his recruitment eventually choosing Oregon the second time around. The surprising news of the day is that Dakorien Moore will be back on campus as LSU takes on Alabama.

Dakorien Moore is the 4th ranked recruit in the class, the top wide receiver, and the top player out of Texas.

This weekend is the best weekend for LSU to pitch Dakorien Moore about getting him back into the fold. The Tigers will have Bryce Underwood and Harlem Berry back on campus so they can once again pitch getting the Nation's top QB, RB, and WR together while they've since added the top defensive back in DJ Pickett.

It'll be a tough battle to win but, it would be massive

Flipping Dakorien Moore would take a massive effort as Oregon has made a massive NIL push in this recruiting class. The Tigers at one point in time stood strong in this recruitment and having Bryce Underwood on board gives LSU a great pitch as every receiver needs a great quarterback. The atmosphere in Baton Rouge should be off the charts and we'll see how much LSU is able to sway recruits this weekend.
