Lane Kiffin has completely revamped LSU's roster for the 2026 season, and he doesn't show any signs of slowing down. After signing the No. 1 transfer portal class in the country and bringing in over a dozen players during the Early Signing Period, Kiffin and his staff now have their eyes on flipping prospects in the 2027 recruiting class.

Among the players Kiffin is targeting is 4-star WR Ah'Mari Stevens, who committed to Miami (FL) back on January 13, 2025. However, it now appears that Stevens is seriously considering flipping to a new destination.

4-star WR Ah'Mari Stevens still considering LSU despite Miami commitment

Earlier this week, Stevens took to social media to announce his top five schools. LSU fans are excited to see that the talented wideout is still considering the purple and gold. Along with LSU, Stevens' top-5 choices include Miami (FL), Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Per 247Sports, Stevens is ranked as the No. 235 overall player and the No. 31 wide receiver in the country for the 2027 recruiting class. He is also considered the No. 25 overall prospect in the state of Florida.

Hailing from Hollywood, Florida, Stevens plays at Chaminade-Madonna High School, which is the same school Ohio State star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith attended. In addition to being a stand-out receiver on the gridiron, Stevens is also a track athlete at Chaminade-Madonna.

Miami still holds the verbal commitment from Stevens, but his continued contact with other schools has to have Mario Cristobal sweating just a bit. Getting Stevens added to LSU's 2027 recruiting class would be a solid get for Kiffin and the Tigers.

As it stands, LSU's 2027 class features just two players: 4-star EDGE Jaiden Bryant and 4-star QB Peyton Houston. Kiffin has spoken very highly about how LSU has a tendency to recruit itself, and given the program's long track record of producing elite receiving talent, he has a lot to pitch to players like Stevens during the recruitment process.
