On Sunday Afternoon, the LSU Lady Tigers wrap up their regular season when they take on the Ole Miss Rebels. The game comes after LSU lost in overtime to Alabama and it'll be an emotional game for LSU as its Senior Day for LSU's four Seniors. When the Lady Tigers start the game they'll be without their leader Flau'Jae Johnson who was ruled out for the game with an injury.

Flau'Jae Johnson has been sporting a calf sleeve for most of SEC Play and has played at an All American level but, before this massive stretch run with the SEC Tournament and the NCAA Tournament it's the perfect time to get Johnson some rest. It's also worth noting that Johnson took an elbow at the end of the Alabama game and was bleeding which could be part of her missing the game.

In the absence of Flau'Jae Johnson, the Lady Tigers will need another player to step up helping the duo of Mikaylah Williams and Aneesah Morrow.

The player LSU fans should be looking to the most is Mjracle Sheppard as she could prove to be a key to LSU going on a deep run in March. When Sheppard plays extended minutes she's shined for LSU on both ends of the court and with a solid showing in the Regular Season Finale she could earn an extended role.

Kailyn Gilbert is another player who LSU will need a massive effort from in March and in this game without Johnson. At times, Gilbert has been exactly what LSU has needed off of the bench scoring in bunches and coming up clutch down the stretch. Gilbert needs to be LSU's consistent scoring threat off of the bench this Spring as the Tigers will need her if they're going to beat some of the top teams in the Country.

Finally, Sa'Myah Smith has been playing some of her best Basketball as of late giving Tigers scoring alongside Aneesah Morrow. If Smith can continue to give the Tigers scoring on the inside it'll only open things up for Aneesah Morrow.
