The LSU Football Program pulled off an absolute stunner on Wednesday nabbing the Nation's Top-Ranked Wide Receiver Tristen Keys over Tennessee, Alabama, Texas A&M, and several other elite programs. The commitment came as a shock as Tristen Keys was on campus this week but, it didn't seem like Keys was in a rush to commit while the other schools were making strong pushes.

The commitment gave the LSU Football team the Nation's top recruiting class as the Tigers leaped USC and Oregon. Landing Tristen Keys is just the latest in massive wins for the LSU Tigers coming off of a recruiting cycle where the Tigers nabbed the Nation's Top Cornerback DJ Pickett and a loaded transfer portal class.

While LSU fans are fired up about the commitment, Tennessee and Alabama fans are distraught as both schools believed they were going to win out in the recruitment of Keys.

One Tennessee account blasted Keys for committing to play for Brian Kelly seemingly forgetting that Tennessee hasn't come close to making it as far as Kelly has in the Playoff era.

Another Tennessee fan is taking shots at Keys for committing to Brian Kelly while also saying he'll play with Garrett Nussmeier who won't be on the same team as Tristen Keys.

LSU fans are excited to get Tristen Keys on board but, there's a ton of caution coming off of a recruiting cycle where LSU saw Five-Stars Bryce Underwood, Dakorien Moore, and Kade Phillips commit to LSU just to end up elsewhere.

As LSU adds Tristen Keys to a class that already has Kenny Darby and Jakai Anderson on board, the realization is that LSU could land a truly special recruiting class.

LSU Offensive Coordinator Joe Sloan is the most excited out of everyone as he'll get a massive weapon if LSU holds on to Tristen Keys.

The focus is now on LSU holding onto Tristen Keys

While LSU wins right now landing Tristen Keys over a loaded group of schools, there is still nine months until the early signing period meaning LSU will have to continue to fend off other top schools. The scars from Bryce Underwood flipping are still fresh for LSU fans which has Tigers fans cautiously optimistic about the news. If LSU can hold onto Keys it'll be massive on the recruiting trail as he'll only help LSU in finding a Quarterback in the recruiting class.
