The NBA Playoffs are upon us as the first two games of the Play-In Tournament kick off on Tuesday Night. While the LSU Basketball program doesn't have a ton of players in the NBA as the production from the College team slowed down, the Tigers will be strongly represented in the NBA Playoffs. This season, all three of LSU's alumni in the NBA Playoffs are coming out of the Western Conference which sets up for a few potential matchups down the line.

Tari Eason - Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets have been one of the league's most fun storylines as their young pieces are starting to gel resulting in the team securing the second seed in the West. One of the young stars has been LSU alum Tari Eason who missed time with injury early on but, is averaging 12.0 PPG and 6.4 RPG. Tari Eason is dealing with a leg injury coming into the playoffs but, his defense and the ability to put up a massive showing on offense in any given night makes Tari Eason a key factor this postseason.

Naz Reid - Minnesota Timberwolves

Over the past few years, Naz Reid's legend has only grown in Minnesota as fans showed out in bunches for $20 Naz Reid tattoos. In what could be his final season in Minnesota, Naz Reid will look to put on another show, helping the Timberwolves go on another deep postseason run. This season Naz Reid is scoring a career high 14.2 PPG with 6.0 rebounds per game, and 2.3 assists per game taking his game to another level. Reid will be integral for the Timberwolves as they face a Lakers team lacking size in the front court.

Ben Simmons - Los Angeles Clippers

After starting the season on one of the league's worst team's Ben Simmons finds himself back in the NBA Playoffs on the Los Angeles Clippers. Since arriving in Los Angeles, Ben Simmons has become a key piece for the Clippers' second unit and a solid defender. While Ben Simmons isn't still the focal point of a playoff team, he can still have an impact for the Clippers this postseason.
