LSU will get a top 2026 wide receiver on campus for the Alabama Game
The LSU Football team has struggled landing some of the elite wide receivers in the 2025 recruiting class. The Tigers haven't landed any of the top ten wide receivers as they lost five-star Dakorien Moore to Oregon while missing out on Jaime Ffrench and Kaliq Lockett despite having a hat on the table for both recruitments.
LSU should be a school that attracts the top wide receivers in the Nation given how successful LSU's receivers have been in the NFL. The Tigers should have a great chance at landing a few top 100 wide receivers in the 2026 cycle after striking out on the five-stars in the 2025 cycle.
This weekend, LSU will get five-star wide receiver Tristen Keys back on campus for the Alabama game.
Keys is ranked by On3 as the 9th ranked player in the 2026 class and the second ranked wide receiver. Tristen Keys has seen LSU play a few times this season visiting for the UCLA and Ole Miss games while he was in College Station for the Texas A&M game.
The staff has built a solid relationship with Tristen Keys early on and the feelings are seemingly mutual given the amount of times LSU has gotten the Mississippi native on campus and the fact that Keys has been sporting LSU gloves during his High School games.
LSU has a great shot at a solid receiving class in 2026
The LSU Tigers already have one wide receiver on board in the 2026 recruiting class landing in-state four-star Jakai Anderson. The Tigers have been making a hard push for Tristen Keys and as they continue to get him on campus they'll have a better shot at landing the five-star. The Tigers have built a pipeline from Destrehan and four-star Jabari Mack is a receiver that LSU would love to keep at home.
