We're just one day away from the Battle for the Boot as LSU and Arkansas both turn the pages on massive victories over Top Ten teams. One of the storylines last weekend was LSU's injuries at wide receiver as Kyle Parker was lost for the year while Chris Hilton Jr and CJ Daniels missed the game with injuries.

After missing CJ Daniels last weekend it seems like he will play this weekend as Brian Kelly listed him as probable for the Arkansas game. Things could change quickly on Saturday as Daniels is dealing with a knee injury and given his past knee injury the Tigers will likely be cautious with this injury.

While the good news is that CJ Daniels is returning, there is some bad news as LSU will yet again be without Chris Hilton Jr. The speedy receiver was one of the starting receivers the entire summer but, as he deals with a foot injury suffered this Summer he hasn't been able to suit up for LSU. As the season continues to progress with Hilton on the sideline you have to wonder if a Redshirt year may be the best option for LSU and Hilton.

Getting Daniels back is massive, especially against a defense in Arkansas that just shut down Tennessee's offense. Daniels hasn't had the explosive game like he had every week at Liberty, he was showing signs of adjustment before he missed time with the injury.

LSU will need all of the big plays it can get

Going on the road and winning in the SEC is one of the toughest feats for any team as the Conference is incredibly tough top to bottom. Aside from their game against Oklahoma State, the Razorbacks have held every team under 30 points as they've done an excellant job taking away the big play ability of their opponents. If LSU is going to win this game, the Tigers will need big plays whenever they can get them as you don't want to get into a rock fight with Arkansas.
