The Women's College Basketball transfer portal is still underway as entering the transfer portal is no longer allowed but, the players who entered their name may not be officially in the transfer portal for 48 hours. It has been a hectic offseason for the LSU Women's Basketball team as Kim Mulkey is tasked with rebuilding a team that loses Aneesah Morrow and wasn't good enough to return to the final four.

This offseason has seen LSU lose Jersey Wolfenbarger, Last-Tear Poa, Amani Bartlett, Aalyah Del Rosario, Sa'Myah Smith, and Jersey Wolfenbarger all enter the transfer portal. Jersey Wolfenbarger was the latest to enter the transfer portal and as of Wednesday her hunt for a next program is over.

LSU forward Jersey Wolfenbarger transfers to SEC Rival Tennessee

On Wednesday Night, Jersey Wolfenbarger's transfer portal recruitment came to a close as she announced a commitment to Tennessee.

Jersey Wolfenbarger started her career at in-state Arkansas, spending two seasons with the Razorbacks before transferring to LSU last spring. In her lone season with LSU, Jersey Wolfenbarger was mostly a contributor off the bench, playing 13.2 minutes per game, scoring 4.6 points per game with 3.4 rebounds per game.

When Wolfenbarger played extended minutes and was given the chance, she could score she'd give the Tigers massive games, which was seen in the matchups with Georgia, Tulane, and Mississippi State.

The LSU Lady Tigers have lost a few transfers to SEC Rivals this Spring as Aalyah Del Rosario ended up at Vanderbilt and Wolfenbarger is now at Tennessee with a few transfers still making their decisions. While some of the transfer losses may hurt now, the LSU Women's Basketball team is in line for a few massive additions to reshape this roster.

The Lady Tigers faced the Lady Vols twice this season, which should put the Lady Tigers in line to see Wolfenbarger at least once if not twice, next season.
