It has been a season filled with non-stop issues for the New York Giants and this week was the worst of them all. The Giants benched then released long time starting quarterback Daniel Jones just two years into a four year $160 Million Dollar deal. The move was controversial in the locker room as many of the players came out in defense of Daniel Jones.

The locker room was further pushed apart as Brian Daboll made the decision to start third string quarterback Tommy DeVito over Drew Lock who they signed to be the backup this offseason. The move was to give the Giants a "spark" and judging by the 30-7 final score the Giants didn't get any spark.

As the losses and issues continue to pile up for the Giants the seat of Head Coach Brian Daboll is only getting hotter. Part of the Giants struggles on offense today may have been the lack of targets for Malik Nabers as his first target came after the Giants were already trailing 30-0.

After the game, Nabers was asked about the lack of usage and went off throwing Brian Daboll under the bus as he calls the plays on offense.

The message is a massive indictment on Brian Daboll and his play calling and also shows that Daboll may be losing the locker room. Nabers saying the quiet part out loud may lead to Brian Daboll losing his job because the Giants can't enter next season with a coach that has torn apart the locker room.

Once Nabers started getting the ball, the Giants offense showed signs of life as Nabers finished with six catches for 64 yards leading the team in both yards and catches.
