The LSU Tigers are in the midst if one of the biggest recruiting weekends of the year as the Tigers are set to host top recruits from all over the Country on unofficial visits. Part of this is LSU's doing as the Tigers had unofficial visits set with several top targets as the Tigers look to build out this class. This weekend Battle 7 on 7 is in New Orleans and with one of the top high school tournaments taking place in Louisiana, LSU gets to capitalize.

In addition to the massive group of recruits that was already planning to attend, LSU will get unplanned visits as teams cycle through Baton Rouge. As the recruiting weekend kicked off on Friday, Brian Kelly may or may not have planned to have an ace up his sleeve.

Every recruit and recruits parents will want to hear the program's plan to develop them onto an NFL Draft pick. On Friday, Will Campbell was in attendance and as he prepares to be one of the top players drafted in this class, which gives everyone a perfect example.

For Brian Kelly you couldn't ask for a better guest on a massive weekend for the future of the program as the Tigers are looking to reel in commitments to build out the Nation's third ranked recruiting class. Krempin who Campbell spoke with is ranked as the 231st ranked player in the class, the 16th ranked interior offensive lineman, and the 28th ranked player out of Texas.

It's awesome to see that Will Campbell is still around Baton Rouge and around the program. As Campbell is preparing for the NFL Draft the fact that he still spent time with recruits and their families says a ton about his character. Last Recruiting Cycle, Brian Kelly got help from Patrick Peterson to land DJ Pickett while several other players stopped in to help on the recruiting trail, which means there will be plenty more to come this Spring.
