Headlined by QB Sam Leavitt, EDGE Princewill Umanmielen and OT Jordan Seaton, LSU's portal class is earning high praise. As it stands, Kiffin's first portal class is ranked No. 1 in the country by 247Sports.

All of these additions, as well as plenty of turnover on the coaching staff, has the Tigers working with plenty of new faces in the early stages of the Kiffin regime.
The program has not qualified for the College Football Playoff since its historic 2019 season, and Kiffin is hoping that these portal moves change that. Kiffin led Ole Miss to the best regular season in program history in 2025, and Tiger fans are hoping that success continues in Baton Rouge. Hopefully, Kiffin's highly-touted portal class lives up to expectations.
