LSU continues its steady climb back up the AP Poll
This weekend, the LSU Football team didn’t exactly prove a to beating South Alabama but, winning at this point in the season is all you can ask for. The Tigers saw a few teams lose ahead of them in the AP Poll which will have LSU on the move again.

The LSU Football team is on the move again, climbing up to the 13th ranking in the AP Poll. LSU slides up one spot from 14th thanks to Utah losing and falling from the 10th spot.
The Tigers losing to USC still continues to hurt the Tigers as USC continues to box LSU out.
The biggest thing still working in LSU’s favor is the strength of their remaining schedule. LSU gets to face Ole Miss next, Oklahoma and Texas A&M are both still ranked and have the Tigers should get a shot at number one when they face Alabama.
The Tigers are heading into the bye week now, so we could see them move up another spot or two before their next game.
Given how Ole Miss looked this weekend and the fact that LSU already suffered a loss, this next game is a must win if LSU wants to crack the expanded College Football playoff field.
