The LSU Gymnastics team is already eyeing a repeat as National Champions and Jay Clark got massive news on Monday. LSU Gymnastics star Haleigh Bryant announced she'd be returning for one last season giving LSU a significant chance at repeating as National Champions.

Bryant said the following about returning to LSU:

"I love gymnastics. It's been part of my life for so long, and I just don't think I was ready for it to end. After Nationals, I kind of told myself I was done. I was like this is how I want to go out, I have accomplished every single thing I want to accomplish with my team and individually. But I think at the end of the day, it was an opportunity I couldn't pass up."

Not only did Bryant help the school win the team National Championship but, she cemented herself as one of the greatest in the history of the sport by winning the All-Around individual title. The LSU Gymnastics team is off to a rapid start in its quest towards repeating returning Bryant and the coaching staff.

The Tigers are awaiting news on whether or not Olivia Dunne will return for one additional season as she too can return for one additional season.

LSU Gymnastics looking to build something special

While the 2023-24 season marked LSU Gymnastics first ever team national championship the program is pushing towards building something incredible. The team was able to retain it's staff as Jay Clark and his staff stayed in Baton Rouge rather than returning to Clark's Alma Mater Georgia. The coaching staff will return nearly all of it's National Championship team and will be seen as the early favorite to repeat as National Champions.
