While the NFL Preseason kicked off last week with the Hall of Fame game, the other 30 teams kicked off their season. Despite plenty of starters sitting out of games, there were plenty of former LSU Football players in action across the league. These games may not mean anything but, they're important for a few LSU Tigers looking to make NFL teams.

Giants Vs Lions

Malik Nabers did make his much-anticipated debut for the Giants but, the rain in New Jersey hampered both teams' passing attacks. The LSU Standout for the Giants was edge rusher Ovie Oghoufo who recorded four tackles and a pass deflection as he fights to make the roster. Cordale Flott missed the game with an injury while Jalen Mills was a part of the group who didn't play. For the Lions, Mekhi Wingo was held off the stat sheet but, he did produce some pressures which pleased Dan Campbell.

Panthers Vs Patriots

The struggles in Carolina have continued for Terrace Marshall Jr as he was targeted twice but, didn't record a catch. Given the regime changes in Carolina, we may see Marshall get a much-needed change of scenery. On the Patriots side, undrafted free agent Charles Turner III stood out on the offensive line as he looks like the top candidate to make the roster at the backup center role. Kayshon Boutte led the team in receiving hauling in three passes for 53 yards including a 28 yard gain.

Texans Vs Steelers

This game marked Danielle Hunter's first game as a member of the Texans and he showed up recording two tackles, a tackle for a loss, and a sack. Jacob Phillips added two tackles including a TFL as well. Derek Stingley Jr joined in on the fun with two tackles of his own.

On the Steelers side, Jaray Jenkins continues to look for a permanent home and he helped his stock recording two catches for 22 yards on two targets. We'll have to wait until next game to see Patrick Queen, Donte Jackson, and Breiden Fehoko in the Black and Yellow.

Eagles Vs Ravens

The Eagles took on the Ravens with Devin White making his Eagles debut recording two tackles. Andre Sam recorded three tackles as he fights to make the team while Mekhi Garner was out with a hamstring injury. Tyrion Davis-Price carried the ball six times for 34 yards. Russell Gage did take the field for the Ravens but was kept off the stat sheet with only one target.

Commanders Vs Jets

The Commanders fans got to see their franchise quarterback in action as Jayden Daniels dazzled completing two of three attempts for 45 yards while rushing for 3 yards and a touchdown.

The pass was Tiger on Tiger crime as Jarrick Bernard-Converse was in coverage however, his coverage was nearly perfect. Jets fans were excited with Bernard-Converse's game as he finished with four tackles and graded out as the Jets best player.

Bears Vs Bills

This game only featured two LSU alums as Deion Jones recorded five tackles for the Bills while Micah Baskerville recorded two tackles for the Bears.

Packers Vs Browns

Cade York had a perfect day for the Cleveland Browns, making his lone field goal attempt from 55 yards while also making his extra point attempt.

Buccaneers Vs Bengals

Joe Burrow looked great in his return to game action completing five of seven attempts for 51 yards and a touchdown. Noah Cain and Ja'Marr Chase didn't receive game action but, we're hoping Cain plays next week as he attempts to make the team.

Jaguars Vs Chiefs

The final debut of the three LSU first-round picks saw Brian Thomas record one incredible catch for 41 yards. As for the other two Jaguars rookies Jordan Jefferson did not play while Maason Smith excited with some solid pass rush reps.

For the Chiefs, Clyde Edwards-Helaire recorded two carries but, didn't record a yard while Neil Farrell recorded a tackle.

Rams Vs Cowboys

Racey McMath did play for the Cowboys but, was held out of the box score despite three targets while Damone Clark recorded a tackle. Omar Speights had a solid game recording four tackles including a tackle for a loss while Tre White didn't play.
