When Malik Nabers was drafted by the New York Giants there was one comparison that everyone was going to make. Every day that Malik Nabers goes through camp he draws comparisons to Odell Beckham Jr. This is the proper comparison as the Giants have lacked an electric playmaker at wide receiver ever since trading away Beckham. Nabers is the highly selected wide receiver that's tasked with helping revive Daniel Jones' career like Beckham did with Eli Manning.
Football Host Kay Adams made her way to East Rutherford, NJ to cover New York Giants training camp where she had Malik Nabers on her show Up & Adams. Nabers shared an incredible story about an interaction Nabers had with Odell Beckham Jr.

11-year-old Malik Nabers dm'd Odell asking him for gloves cause his hands were too big to fit the kid sizes ๐
Then 10 years later on draft night, Odell finally responded to the fellow LSU WR... ๐๐@whyguard13 @obj @LSUfootball @heykayadams @Giants pic.twitter.com/rXvmAFgwDP
It makes sense that while Odell Beckham Jr was arguably the most popular athlete in the world that he didn't have the time to reach back out to Malik Nabers but, it's awesome to see the story come full circle.
While Nabers has lit up Giants training camp with his incredible play, Sunday's practice was more concerning as he left the field with a foot injury. It's surprising that Adams didn't bring up the injury but, Giants reporters have been optimistic that Nabers will be okay.
Hearing Giants are hopeful that Malik Nabers is OK and appears to have avoided serious injury to his left foot, per sources. Will likely undergo tests to further determine severity and confirm. But as of now, concern level seems low - high because of who the player is, but low inโฆ https://t.co/GdknRj6foz

The biggest question with Malik Nabers is
Everyone is beyond excited to see Malik Nabers in regular season play as he's lit up training camp. Everyone is expecting that Nabers is the next in line in LSU's factory of elite NFL wide receivers but, we're all waiting on an official number choice from Nabers. He's currently wearing nine which he's said he won't keep while his LSU number eight is worn by Daniel Jones and his High School number 13 is worn by Jalin Hyatt. The leading choices from Giants fans are 80 and 88 which have been worn by elite playmakers like Jeremy Shockey, Victor Cruz, and Hakeem Nicks.
