This weekend was a massive weekend across College Football and in the SEC as teams continued SEC play including a headline matchup between Oklahoma and Tennessee. While the matchups a top the SEC weren't great, we got a ton of clarity on where the middle to lower tier of the conference stands. Ahead of a massive week of SEC Football, here is where we rank the Conference after week four.

. 16. . . . . HailLebby. 530. Last Week: 16. 1-3 (0-1)

Few teams have lost to Billy Napier and fewer teams lose in the fashion that Mississippi State lost in this weekend. Adding injury to insult, the Bulldogs lost transfer quarterback Blake Shapen for the season as he suffered a shoulder injury in the loss. It's hard to find many games that Jeff Lebby's team can win against on the schedule which should be a concern but, Lebby took over a team in bad condition.

. Last Week: 12. . 525. . 2-2 (0-1). 15. Abie. .

The Tigers have lost again in Jordan-Hare Stadium and there are some serious concerns about this Auburn team. Hugh Freeze chose not to pursue a quarterback in the transfer portal and its proven costly through four games. The Tigers have started two quarterbacks and neither has panned out as Hugh Freeze searches for an answer. Things have gotten so bad that Hugh Freeze has former quarterbacks calling him out:

Last Week: 15. . 14. . Napes. . . 2-2 (1-1). . 526

Facing the worst team in the SEC couldn't have come at a better time for Billy Napier as he buys himself at least another game. Graham Mertz was excellent this weekend while Napier was also able to work in freshman star DJ Lagway every few drives. The Gators face UCF this weekend which is another winnable game but, after that, the Gators draw Kentucky, LSU, and four teams ranked inside the top 6 of the AP Poll.

. Last Week: 14. 13. . . . 537. Happy Vandy. 2-2 (0-1).

While Vanderbilt lost this weekend marking back-to-back losses, this program is clearly heading in the right direction. This weekend the Commodores took Missouri to double overtime and would've made it even tougher on Mizzou if they hadn't missed a field goal in regulation and in double overtime. Clark Lea has made this team a tough out in every game they play which is all you could ask for.
