LSU Tigers - Gabe Reliford

While Five-Stars like Dominick McKinley and Trey'Dez Green steal the show the real interesting piece is fellow Freshman Gabe Reliford. The Tigers desperately need help from the Freshman on the defensive line and Reliford was an early enrollee while McKinley wasn't. This Spring, Reliford was a standout and this summer has been more of the same meaning, we may see Reliford earning playing time early on.

Mississippi State Bulldogs - Blake Shapen

When an offensive mind as talented as Jeff Lebby comes to town, its a dream scenario for any quarterback. Blake Shapen transfers in from Baylor to run Lebby's veer and shoot offense. Shapen brings in three years of experience and if he can grasp Lebby's offense the Bulldogs could put up some exciting numbers offensively.

Missouri Tigers - Marcus Carroll/ Nate Noel

The Missouri Tigers had a true workhorse back with Cody Schader over the past few seasons. As Schrader leaves for the NFL, Missouri brings in Marcus Carroll from Georgia State and Nate Noel from Appalachian State with hopes of replacing the production of Schrader. Carroll brings experience as a workhorse back while Noel has averaged over five yards per carry in his career making for an exciting 1-2 punch.

Oklahoma Sooners - Damonic Williams

This Spring, defensive tackle Damonic Williams was one of the most sought after transfers in the portal. The Sooners add an incredible defensive tackle as Williams was a Freshman All-American and an All-Big 12 nominee in both seasons at TCU. We've seen Brent Venables produce massive seasons for defensive tackles at Clemson and Williams could be next in line

Ole Miss Rebels - Trey Amos

The Rebels landed a ton of transfers in the trenches and at receiver but, neither of those positions have as much intrigue as Ole Miss' secondary. In comes cornerback Trey Amos from Alabama, Amos didn't play a ton at Alabama but, he did fill in incredibly during the SEC Championship game. If Amos can be a solid cornerback for Ole Miss the Rebels will be a much improved defense.

South Carolina Gamecocks - Jared Brown

When Jared Brown transferred in from Coastal Carolina he didn't have to move too far as he takes a step up in competition. Brown has been one of the Sun Belt's best with 700 or more yards the past two seasons. LaNorris Sellers will have plenty of elite weapons to pick from but, when Brown gets the ball in his hands an explosive play is more likely than not.

Tennessee Volunteers - Lance Heard

Everyone at LSU was upset to see Lance Heard transfer as he was viewed as the next great offensive lineman at LSU. Heard joins the Volunteers and will instantly be in charge of protecting Nico Iamaleava's blindside. The Vols get years of elligibility and a plug and play left tackle who could help transform this Tennessee offensive line.

Texas A&M Aggies - Terry Bussey

The Aggies landed a ton of experienced starters on the defensive side of the football but, its hard not to be excited about Terry Bussey. Bussey was ranked as the top athlete in this past recruiting class and its easy to see why. In High School, Bussey was a modern day Willie Beaman passing for 5,981 yards and rushing for 5,361 yards on defense he added 270 tackles and 24 interceptions scoring 169 touchdowns. At A&M, Bussey will play either corner or receiver where he'll be a standout.

Texas Longhorns - Ryan Wingo

All of the talk this offseason has been about additions like Isaiah Bond, Matthew Golden, and Amari Niblack but, the most exciting addition is a freshman. Wingo was a massive get for the Texas Longhorns on National Signing Day and he's impressed this summer in camp. If Wingo can continue to impress throughout the start of the season don't be surprised if Wingo is one of the top receivers in the SEC as a Freshman.

Vanderbilt Commodores - Nate Johnson

The Commodores have yet to name a starting quarterback as transfers Diego Pavia and Nate Johnson battle it out for the starting quarterback job. Johnson is much more interesting as a Redshirt Sophomore with experience from his time at Utah. If I'm Clark Lea I'm going with Johnson even though he needs work as a passer as his rushing ability could give defenses trouble.
